Hi, my name is Lori and I am an experienced wellness advocate – not a doctor, dietician, nutritionist, fitness instructor, or herbalist. I don’t prescribe medication or presume I know what’s best for your body, I am your advocate for your health and wellness.
Together, with the support from your health and wellness team (doctor, therapist, chiropractor, acupuncturist, and/or dietician) you will achieve massive inner growth! Our outer appearance starts with inner growth, always.

I graduated from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition as a Nutrition Health Coach. I specialize in creating balance through the mind (behaviors/mindset), body (food/physical activity), and spirit (stress management/emotions), and the gut-brain connection. Healthy gut, healthy mind.
Weight loss is the last side effect when your mind, body, spirit, and gut are in balance.
