We often wait until we have a disease before we consider prevention.

If your doctor told you that you will have xyz disease in a month if you don’t do xyz would you scramble to do xyz to prevent that disease that’s possibly heading your way?

Why wait until the chronic inflammation has built up in your body enough to cause disease? Why not get to the root instead of putting medicated bandaids on things?  

Do you believe in moderation? Do you believe GMO’s, artificial ingredients, food coloring, soda, man-made sugar, and etc. is alright to consume in moderation?

What may be healthy for one could be poisonous for another. Food is bio-individual.

Life is not about diets, restrictions, cheat days, keeping up with societal norms, stress, overwhelm, bloating, headaches, fatigue, moodiness, aches, and discomforts! We can unlearn old beliefs and create new beliefs that better serve us.
